Pro Soccer Football Agency offers young talented players to undergo selection and preparation for football viewings in the TOP academies of Russia. The selection takes place under the direct supervision of the scouting and selection department of the agency by qualified experienced scouts and professional trainers-selectors who have UEFA B and UEFA A licenses. Players from Russia aged 10 to 14 years can take part in the program. Upon completion of the first stage of the preliminary training program, the most talented players that we select will be sent to the second stage - viewing in Moscow at the expense of Pro Soccer Football Agency and will be signed by our agency after its successful completion and invitation by scouts of one or more TOP academies of Russian football clubs. SELECTION STAGES
1) The footballer sends his resume and a video of at least three minutes in length.
2) The agency's scouting and selection department adds the player to its database and conducts a high-quality analysis of the resume and video.
3) After a full analysis and assessment of the quality of the young footballer's performance on the field, the scouting and selection department sends an invitation to undergo a training program for football trials at the TOP academies.
4) The best players, selected by the agency's scouts and coaches based on the results of the selection program and preparation for football trials, travel to Moscow for trials at the expense of Pro Soccer Football Agency.

Players selected by the agency's scouts and coaches will undergo rigorous training and preparation according to the FIFA program, which has been specially developed for talented youth U8-U14 and elite U15-U21 players by the best TOP academies in Europe and the world.

The approach emphasizes joint coaching and various types of practice, including football experience from around the world. FIFA experts and coaches constantly update the program and ensure that each session they conduct gives the players the best opportunity to spiral upwards, not downwards.
